Elozaa.com is an online multi-vendor marketplace that enables customers to discover and purchase products and services offered by independent sellers.

Elozaa.com provides marketplace technology, order management, payment facilitation where applicable, customer support, seller tools, and other related services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products listed on the marketplace are offered by independent sellers.

2. Eligibility

To create an account or enter into a legally binding transaction, you must be legally capable of doing so under applicable law.

For seller-listed products, the contract for the sale of goods is generally between the Customer and the relevant Seller.

Seller management
Customer support
Returns and refunds
Marketplace dispute handling

However, the Seller remains primarily responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, condition, availability, and delivery of products offered by that Seller, subject to applicable law and Elozaa.com policies.

6. Product Information

Product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, stock information, warranties, and other product details are generally provided by the Seller.

Sellers are required to provide accurate information.

Elozaa.com may review, edit, restrict, or remove product listings where necessary for marketplace quality, legal compliance, security, or policy enforcement.

7. Pricing

Prices displayed on the Site may include or exclude applicable delivery charges, service fees, taxes, or other charges depending on the order.

The total payable amount will normally be shown before order confirmation.

Elozaa.com and Sellers may correct obvious pricing or listing errors where permitted.

8. Orders

An order placed through the Site represents a request to purchase a product.

An order may be subject to:

Seller confirmation
Product availability
Payment confirmation
Delivery availability
Fraud or security checks
Other marketplace requirements

An order may be cancelled where the product is unavailable, payment fails, the order appears fraudulent, delivery is not possible, or another valid reason applies.

9. Cash on Delivery

For eligible orders, Cash on Delivery may be available.

Under the current marketplace model:

Customer → Seller / Delivery Service → Payment Collected

The Seller is responsible for delivering the product and updating the relevant order status.

COD availability may depend on the Seller, product, location, order value, and marketplace conditions.

10. Prepaid and Online Payments

For eligible prepaid orders, payment may be received through Elozaa.com using an approved payment gateway or payment partner.

The flow may operate as follows:

Customer → Elozaa.com → Seller Delivers Product → Applicable Commission Deducted → Seller Receives Net Settlement

Payment availability may vary according to payment provider, card issuer, mobile financial service, banking system, or other technical requirements.

11. Payment Security

Customers should only make payments through payment methods officially shown on Elozaa.com or specified for the relevant order.

Never share:

OTP
Card PIN
Banking PIN
Mobile Financial Service PIN
Password
Verification Code

with a Seller, Courier, Delivery Person, or unauthorized third party.

12. Delivery

For marketplace seller orders, the Seller is primarily responsible for arranging delivery unless Elozaa.com specifically provides or manages the delivery service for that order.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

Seller processing time
Courier availability
Customer location
Weather
Holidays
Operational disruptions
Events beyond reasonable control

13. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the applicable Elozaa.com Return Policy and Refund Policy.

Eligibility may depend on factors such as:

Misrepresentation

Approved prepaid refunds may be returned through the original or another approved payment method.
